Made this 18 day of September between S. W. Burton and Margaret L. his wife of the County of Macoupin
State of Ill. of the first part, and the Gillespie Cemetery Association of the same County and State for sum of $600.

Beginning on the end of Macoupin Street of the town of Gillespie, County of Macoupin and State of
Illinois, running East four hundred and ninety one (491) feet, thence running South three hundred and fifty seven
(357) feet, then running West, four hundred ninety one (491) feet, then running North three hundred fifty seven
(357) feet to the place of beginning containing four acres more or less. Also the right of a road sixty feet wide,
