Located about 6 miles west of Staunton. On farm
road
050W
south of farm rd 1600 E from Jill Secoy
From Debbi Geer - Originally called Hand Cemetery but now
referred to
as
Mize Cemetery; located on Catholic Springs Road - two ways to
access
from
Bunker Hill: 1) take IL 159 south about 2 miles to Catholic
Springs
Road,
turn east onto Catholic Springs Road (blue water tower), go
several
miles
to Dorchester Road, Catholic Springs Road ends here and after
crossing
Dorchester Road it becomes School House Road, cemetery is in
this
intersection
area on the south side; OR 2) take Bunker Hill-Staunton Road
east from
flag pole in Bunker Hill and go about 3 to 4 miles to Dorchester
Road,
turn south onto Dorchester Road for about 2-1/2 to 3 miles to
intersection
of Catholic Springs Road and School House Road, cemetery is in
this
intersection
area on the south side of School House Road (east of Dorchester
Road)
